Secret Saffron is committed to providing the highest quality products and services. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept product exchanges within 30 days of purchase. NO REFUNDS. With regret, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, we will gladly exchange your products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to Make an Exchange
If you purchased Secret Saffron products from a physical retail location, please return to the same location with the product along with its original packaging and original purchase receipt.
Before Sending Products for Exchange
All products must be returned along with any accessories, manuals, original packaging and all relevant paperwork.
Defaced or damaged products are not eligible for replacements
Please use trackable modes of shipment while returning products for exchange. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. The products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach Secret Saffron.
Secret Saffron does not take any responsibility for replacing products damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
